Why does bread rise? What makes soda fizz? Can you really make butter in a jar? This week, campers explore the delicious side of chemistry and biology learning about the states of matter and conducting experiments with everyday ingredients. They will extract strawberry DNA, discovering the science behind flavor, texture, and reactions, and cooking up results they can actually eat. It's hands-on, it's messy, and absolutely unforgettable.
