CAMP POLICIES

🌟 Camp Policies at a Glance

We want your experience with The STEM Studio to feel smooth, transparent, and supportive. Here’s everything you need to know before registering.

💳 Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.

Enrollment is limited to maintain small group sizes and a high quality learning environment.

Spots are secured on a first come, first served basis.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our program maintains small group sizes and prepares materials in advance, all cancellations must be submitted in writing.

21 days or more before the first day of camp

Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee per child, per week

8 to 20 days before the first day of camp

50% refund

7 days or fewer before the first day of camp

Non refundable

Once camp begins, no refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for missed days, illness, vacations, or early withdrawal.

If The STEM Studio cancels a camp session, a full refund will be provided.

🔄 Transfers

Families may request to transfer to a different camp week when space is available.

Requests must be made at least 8 days before the original camp start date.

One transfer per registration is recommended.

All transfers are subject to availability.

💛 Scholarships & Discounts

As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to accessibility.

Sibling discount

Scholarships and discounts are non transferable and not redeemable for cash.

🩺 Health & Safety

The safety of our campers is our top priority.

Children should stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of illness.

Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed at registration.

Staff are not permitted to administer medication unless prior arrangements are made.

In case of emergency, families will be contacted immediately.
